Frontier Developments' Planet Zoo 2 is out on October 13. Steam and the PlayStation Store both list that date, and Xbox Wire confirms the launch on Xbox Series X|S and PC.
What's new
- Fully aquatic species, with freshwater and saltwater aquariums
- Flying birds in customisable aviaries
- Wildlife Reserves, where you release animals into custom ecosystems as part of conservation projects
- Four new scenery themes, plus five returning from the original game
- Career, Franchise and Sandbox modes, with Frontier Workshop support
